MADAGASCAR

Madagascar offers an astonishing diversity in flora and fauna, 85% are endemic. About 17 national parks and reserves allow for close up exploring. There are 23 different species of lemur, two thirds of the world’s species of chameleon and over 150,000 species of flora. The people is a mix of immigrants and composed of some 18 different ethnic groups that come from throughout Indonesia, Africa and the Arabian Peninsula, which reveals their rich and fascinating heritage.
